Like every organization, our service management follows certain terms and conditions that are essential to maintain discipline in service delivery. By accepting our service, every customer automatically agrees to the terms outlined below. Violation of these rules and conditions reserves Kloudy the full right to take necessary actions, including suspending or completely canceling the service and pursuing legal measures.
When ordering our services, you must provide information matching your NID, Passport, or other official documents. Services will not be activated if the information provided is incorrect.
Domain registration and activation may take approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. Please be patient. If you need faster activation, you can contact us via support ticket.
After ordering BDIX VPS or Bare Metal Server, you will see an option to submit digital documents in your dashboard. You must submit your NID or Passport. If your information is correct, the service will be activated; otherwise, the order will be canceled. Refunds will be processed strictly as per our policy.
We do not host any websites involving piracy, haram content, incitement, defamation, hate speech, anti humanity, illegal, obscene, immoral, fraudulent, multi level marketing (MLM), gambling, or any content harmful to individuals, society, or the state. If such content is found hosted on our servers or evidence of association with it is found, Kloudy reserves the full right to suspend or delete said virtual server or shared cPanel without notice. This decision is final and non refundable. Since such activities are conducted entirely at the customer initiative, you bear full responsibility for any legal, social, or technical complications that may arise.
We maintain free automatic backups on our servers, which can be helpful during emergencies. However, we cannot guarantee that backups will always work reliably, as technical issues may cause backup processes to fail. Therefore, maintaining complete backups of your own server and data remains the sole responsibility of the customer.
Although server crashes are very rare, power or technical issues may occasionally arise. In case of server crashes, data corruption, or similar problems, Kloudy will provide you with the latest backup in our possession. However, it is best and safest for you to maintain your own regular backups.
For colocation services: If a server is damaged (for example, burned) due to an accident originating from our end, Kloudy will bear the compensation.
We offer refunds only for completely new orders. Renewals or any other types of transactions are not eligible for this facility.
If a service is suspended due to violation of our rules, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Once you report your issue, we will try to resolve it as quickly as possible. Often, issues can be resolved over the phone. However, depending on the complexity of the situation, there may be slight delays.
For security or other urgent needs, Kloudy may access your hosting account at any time to view, copy, or fix technical issues. We will ensure that no privacy violation or harm comes to you in the process.
Just as human resources are not always available, we cannot guarantee our services will be running 100 percent of the time. If a service is interrupted or issues arise, Kloudy may not be held responsible. However, as long as our team is capable and conditions allow, we will continue providing dedicated service, Insha Allah.
As times and circumstances change, our rules may be updated. All customers, both new and existing, must comply with the updated terms.
